Stretching through one of the most versatile outdoor environments on the FOX Studio Lot, Ave D Walkway combines broad pedestrian pathways, landscaped greenspaces, mature trees, open lawns, gathering areas, and clean architectural sightlines to create a location that can transform into virtually any public space a production requires. Productions have already utilized the area as a farmers market, public park, community gathering space, and outdoor event venue, but its flexibility extends far beyond those uses.

The location can easily double as a corporate campus, university quad, civic plaza, residential greenbelt, hospital grounds, business district promenade, hotel courtyard, outdoor café district, festival venue, community center, or urban park. Wide walkways provide natural movement corridors for actors, background performers, vehicles, and camera crews, while the surrounding landscaping creates depth, scale, and production value from every angle.
