An iconic space designed to foster creativity and collaboration.

[Overview]

Originally the executive building from the Fox Studio Lot’s studio’s earliest days, this space offers a bright and inviting atmosphere with an abundance of natural light streaming through windows and skylights. Building 1 was later named after Stephen Bochco, who made the space his production home for decades as the producer of the long running dramatic series NYPD Blue. It is a rich, creative space for any production team.
